When people hear “blender,” smoothies are the first thing that comes to mind. But blenders can do so much more. From breakfast to dinner, there are countless meals you can prepare faster and healthier with just one tool.
Breakfast
Oat Pancakes

Ingredients: 1 cup oats, 1 banana, 2 eggs, ½ cup milk.

Method: Blend into a smooth batter. Pour into a hot pan and cook each side for 2–3 minutes until golden. Serve with honey and/or fruit.
Protein Breakfast Milkshake
