Shipping policy

All shipping will be sent out of our warehouse same day or next business day. When there is a delay due to high volume of orders, we request your patience and understanding as we strive to make sure that all orders are shipped out as soon as possible.

Please note, we are not responsible for international shipping fees or custom duty fees(depending on country) for all goods sent to our international clients.

For all cancellations, please kindly call us within 2hours of making purchase as we ship goods out as soon as we get the orders in.

 

SERVICE CENTRE

If your machine is still under warranty, Vic-Sode will repair it at no cost to you, including two-way shipping within the US. If your warranty has expired, Vic-Sode is able to service machines up to 5 years old, depending on availability of parts. You will be notified of the cost of repair upon our receipt and examination of the machine. You can also visit our accessories store to buy parts peculiar to what you need.
