Refund policy

At Vic-Sode, we strive to provide the highest level of quality in each product that leaves our facility. We are committed to using only the best materials and newest technologies to ensure our clients' satisfaction.

We offer a 20-day free return policy to all our U.S. clients for products purchased directly from Vic-Sode store/website. If you received a product with manufacturer’s flaw we are happy to fully refund you or replace the product.

 

For all returns, please contact us at service@vicsode.com to get a return authorization number (RAN). All returns must come to us in their original Vic-Sode carton with all accessories complete to be eligible for a refund. Vic-Sode reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 25% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories. We also reserve the right to not issue a refund or return if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Credit for all returns will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment. Vic-Sode does not accept returns of products purchased from retail stores/other websites. For example, if you purchased a product from a retail website or store, you must return that product to the retailer in accordance with the terms of their return policy.

For international returns, we do not offer international shipping labels. Kindly contact us before returning a product to get an authorization code. We will not be responsible for returns done without contacting us.
